When AC Milan was eliminated from this year’s UEFA Champions League after winning just one game in Group B, the prevailing feeling was that the talent-rich club could be dangerous for the remainder of the Italian Serie A season. A similar case could be made for Napoli following its dispatch from UEFA Europa League when Barcelona bounced the Blues after two Intermediate Stage fixtures. On Sunday, Milan and Napoli clash with first place on the line in the Italian Serie A table. You can see what happens when you stream the match live on Paramount+.
Kickoff is scheduled for 2:45 p.m. ET from Diego Armando Maradona Stadium in Naples, Italy. Napoli is the +114 favorite (risk $100 to win $114) on the 90-minute money line in the latest AC Milan vs. Napoli odds from Caesars Sportsbook, with AC Milan listed as the +260 underdog. Before tuning into Sunday’s match, you need to see the AC Milan vs. Napoli picks from European soccer insider Martin Green. After working in the sports betting industry for several years, Green became a professional sports writer and handicapper and has covered the game worldwide. AC Milan’s Coppa Italia match against Inter on March 1 was primarily a game in which neither team pressed the other, but in the Rossoneri’s prior two matches against weaker sides, Salernitana and Udinese, Milan keeper Mike Maignan allowed three goals on 10 shots on target.
“The winter break galvanized Napoli, and it is unbeaten in Serie A in 2022 with five wins and three draws from eight games,” Green told SportsLine “Osimhen and [Kalidou] Koulibaly are now back in business, while midfield lynchpin Andre Zambo Anguissa could return to the team for this game. Napoli looks back to its best, and its rivals have faltered, so it is a genuine title-contender once more.”
