LOS ANGELES, Dec. 30, 2021– Level 3 is excited to declare that they are one of the first companies accepted by Hilton to create its latest lifestyle brand Tempo. The unique design concept beautifully conceived by Senior Designer Lindsay Clarke is for the new Tempo due to open in San Diego, California. The 127-room residence is truly distinctive in its design and features one-of-a-kind designs, finishes, and color choices.
“I aimed to make sure that the hotel’s design was distinct from other hotels in the area, which is why the design elements revolve around the coastline of the property as well as the ripple effect,” explained Clarke. “The sunset palette is comprised of blue and neutral tones for a modern twist on coastal hues, but also includes rippled textures natural wood, stone, and metallic surfaces and other components throughout the hotel.”

Hilton describes the hotel as being designed with “modern high-achieving guests” in mind. The modern public spaces, comfortable hotel rooms that can be used as meeting rooms, and fantastic amenities were designed to cater to every guest’s different and demanding lifestyles. Guests will enjoy the tranquility of the experience the hotel provides.
“It is satisfying to be endorsed with Hilton. Hilton name” said, Clarke. “There is no greater satisfaction than creating properties that are designed to consider the general wellbeing of the guest, whether that’s to improve focus on work and physical fitness or to promote relaxation.”
