Two teams trying to hold on to their current position in the Italian Serie A table will go head-to-head on Sunday when fourth-place Juventus hosts 16th-place Spezia. Juventus has a three-point edge over Atalanta for the fourth and final Champions League spot available in Italy this year, while Spezia is four points clear of the relegation zone. With so much at stake for both sides, three points will be critical. You can see what happens when you stream the game live on Paramount+.
Kickoff from Allianz Arena in Torino, Italy, is set for noon ET. Juventus is the -410 favorite (risk $410 to win $100) on the 90-minute money line in the latest Juventus vs. Spezia odds from Caesars Sportsbook, with Spezia as the +1300 underdog. A draw is priced at +470 and the over-under for total goals scored is 2.5. Sunday’s match will be streamed live on Paramount+ with their must-have Premium plan.

Before tuning into Saturday’s match, you need to see the Juventus vs. Spezia picks from European soccer insider Jon Eimer. Eimer is a high-volume bettor who has vast knowledge of leagues and players across the globe. Since joining SportsLine, Eimer has covered the English Premier League, Serie A, the FA Cup and much more. The Indiana-based handicapper compiled a winning record of 260-133-1 with over 90 units of profit for his community on various platforms over a recent two-month stretch.
For Spezia vs. Juventus, Eimer is backing both teams to score at +120 odds. Spezia has scored in nine of its last 10 matches, while Juventus has conceded in five of six across all competitions. Spezia’s defense will be hard-pressed to slow down a Juventus attack that has scored in every match but one since Nov. 30 with multi-goal efforts in 10 of 19 contests during that span.
“Dušan Vlahović seems to have found his rhythm. Vlahovic has scored 20 times over 25 appearances and having netted two goals in the last league game against Empoli,” Eimer told SportsLine. “Expect him to continue to lead a strong Juventus attack and dominate against a struggling defense like Spezia.”
