Information about how to participate and prize information is part of the conditions for entry. Participation in the competition is deemed to mean acceptance of these conditions and terms.
In the event of an contradiction with these terms and conditions or any other reference to this contest the Terms and Conditions prevail.
Who can be admitted
The entry is open to anyone who is a resident of Australia with the exception of the immediate family members of employees and direct relatives of the Promoter as well as the associated agencies and companies and their affiliated outlets. The Promoter will not be held responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries, including SMS messages not being received by the Promoter or any delays in the transmission of the SMS due to technical issues or network congestion or another reason. SMS messages sent through computers or the internet that are not attributed an active mobile account is not valid and therefore will not be accepted.

The most imaginative, fun and most appealing images as judged by the panel of judges will be awarded the prize.
Participants are required to assume complete responsibility for the content of their entries and must ensure that their entry is in compliance with this Entry Conditions. To fulfill these requirements for content, “entry content” includes all content (including images, text or videos as well as email messages) which entrants upload to upload, send and/or publish or utilize for the purpose of entering to the Promotion. The prizes will be awarded to those identified on the entry. In the event of the event of a dispute, prizes awards will be made to the person who owns the account of the entry system used to submit the entry (i.e. the account holder).
If the contact information of an entrant change during the promotion period, it’s the responsibility of the contestant to inform the Promoter. Any request to see or change any information included in the entry must be made to the Promoter.
If the winner hasn’t claimed the prize on or before January 31, 2022 then they will forfeit the prize . it will forfeit the winnings, and the image of the winner will be removed of the databases and cannot be utilized. Prizes to be won
Prizes for individual winners are as high as $200 (including GST). The prize pool total value can be as high as $4000 (including GST) in the form of Visa gift cards. The value of prizes is based on the retail prices recommended when the prize was announced at the printing (inclusive in GST). The Promoter is not responsible for changes in the value of prizes in the time between the final date for redemption of the prize.
Financial advice from an independent source should be sought out as tax implications could arise as a consequence from accepting the reward.
The prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged, nor can they be exchanged to cash.
It is a requirement of acceptance of winning the prize, that the winner could have to agree to a legally binding release, in a form that is determined by the Promoter at its sole discretion, to allow the use of their picture in the TVC advertisement. If a person who is under 18 years old is awarded the prize, their guardian or parent has to execute the legally binding release mentioned in this clause on behalf of the minor’s behalf.
The prize must be claimed before January 31, 2022. If a winner fails to take the prize in the deadline, the prize in its entirety will be forfeited by winner. Cash will not be given to replace the prize.
Gift cards can be subject to conditions and terms imposed by the company that sells the gift cards. After the voucher is issued, the promoter cannot be held accountable for any voucher which has been taken, lost or stolen. forgery damaged, or altered or damaged in any manner.

Copyright, Statutory Guarantees, waiver and liability
