Porsche, a highly regarded company for producing high-performance vehicles, is one of Germany’s well-known car makers. The company’s loyal following began in 1948 after the company released its first machine, the 365 model. Due to its sprightly handling and its low curb weight, the 365 model was a hit with vehicle enthusiasts. As time passed by, the need for improved body dynamics and power led the company’s engineers to design an entirely new vehicle, and in 1964, the 911 model was launched. The 911 model features sleek bodywork and a new flat-six engine. More than five decades later, the 911 remains to be one of the company’s best models.
Even though sports cars have proven to be a considerable part of Porsche, the brand has managed to expand its production over the past few years to include some other type of vehicles. The release of the Cayenne has shown to be a large step for Porsche since it proved that an SUV could still have the same features as a dedicated sports car. Moreover, the Panamera has enjoyed much success given its four-door capacity. As the company moves deeper into the 21st century, its machines continue to feature the latest technological innovations.
Here are six Porsche SUVs we think you can do no wrong with:
2019 Porsche Cayenne
The Porsche Cayenne has been designed to bear a resemblance to the 911 model. The company has also managed to make this model much lighter than the one made in 2018. On the inside, the Cayenne prides in an updated interior, which features a 12.3 touchscreen for controlling most of the SUV electronic systems. It is quite similar to the screen found on the Panamera. Moreover, the instrument panel has been updated to feature two seven-inch digital displays, while the cargo space has been increased for 2019. As perfect as the Cayenne might seem perfect, nothing is without blemish. The cargo seat and the rear seat might seem adequate; however, other SUVs offer more space. Moreover, some features included in this vehicle, which seem to be a standard in all SUVs, are a bit pricey.
