Western Kentucky is set to begin spring practice today. The program saw much turnover in both players and coaches in the off season, but third year head coach Tyson Helton tells the Bowling Green Daily News he’s excited to begin the spring sessions. Helton added the biggest focus for the Hilltoppers in the off season was to get bigger and stronger.
